How to make Bingfen powder

Step 1      
Prepare 500 milliliters of fresh boiling water (about one bottle of mineral water).

Step 2      
Pour boiling water into a container, then add 20 g (1 packet) of ice powder and stir continuously for 1–2 minutes, until no granules are visible to the naked eye.

Step 3      
Store at room temperature and allow to cool naturally; do not shake or disturb it during the cooling process, as it will solidify once cooled. For the best taste, refrigerate for 1–2 hours after natural cooling.

Step 4      
Scoop out an appropriate amount of grass jelly, place it in a bowl, and top with liquid brown sugar syrup, fresh fruit, grass-jelly toppings, nuts, and more. If you can’t finish it all, we recommend refrigerating it—but don’t keep it in the fridge for too long!
