How long does it take for ice jelly to set?

Let it sit at room temperature for 6 hours, or refrigerate it directly for about 3 hours, and it will set into ice jelly. (Try not to stir it during this time; the key factor in how quickly the ice jelly sets is how long it’s chilled in water—once the water has cooled, the ice jelly will solidify.)

What is the ideal water temperature for mixing with ice powder?

Do not use water below 90°C for brewing. (It is also recommended not to drink water directly from a water dispenser, as its temperature typically does not reach the ideal level.)

What is the appropriate ratio of ice powder to water?

One 40g packet of ice powder can be mixed with 4–5 jin of water. (500 ml = 1 jin)
